Confused about some of your blood results?
I have written books on clinical investigations, including blood tests. If you are trying to optimise your health you should check your blood every year - ideally every 6 months. People who exercise, lift weights, eat high protein diets, take creatine have results that may seem abnormal when compared to the average non gym-goer.
